This decision has been taken to keep the policemen healthy and fit. The district police have covered Kartarpur, Bhogpur, Adampur, Goraya, Phillaur, Shahkot, Nurmahal, Nakodar, Malsian, and remote rural areas on behalf of the countryside police. Police personnel is continuously given duty after the curfew is implemented. Therefore, now SSP Navjot Singh Mahal has taken the initiative to provide nutritional supplements rich in protein to them so that their ability to fight against diseases can be maintained.
SSP Navjot Singh Mahal said that police personnel is performing duty under stressful conditions after curfew. The curfew is being implemented effectively. During this time it becomes necessary that the police personnel on duty can be kept healthy by providing nutritious food. Therefore, a routine voice chart of nutritious food has been prepared, according to which police personnel can strictly perform the duty of curfew to prevent the infection of coronavirus and also perform their duty smoothly.
