Actor Kangana Ranaut’s much-anticipated film ‘Emergency’ has faced another delay, prompting the actor to express her deep disappointment. In a recent interview, Kangana called the postponement unfair, stating that her film remains true to historical facts despite accusations of targeting a particular community.
Speaking on a podcast with Shubhankar Mishra, Kangana shared her frustrations, saying she feels “disappointed with the country” over the ongoing delays. In her words, “Meri film pe hi Emergency lag gayi hai. Bahut hi nirashajanak ye sthiti hai. Main toh khair bahut hi zyada disappointed hu apne desh se, aur jo bhi haalaat hain” [An Emergency has been imposed on my film now. It’s a terrible situation. I am very disappointed with our nation and how things are unfolding here].
